There’s a new low-cost membership-based way to enjoy sailing in the Bay Area on high performance boats. These include kayak and canoe lessons and rentals on the South Shore at Watergate Yachting Center.

Located in Watergate Marina. 16-foot to 41-foot racing and recreational rowing shells for rent. Also includes instruction, certification, corporate team-building, and Tai Chi. Free passage, but you must row! British pilot boat on weekends. Reservations required.

Located at Watergate Marina. Power and sailboat charters available with or without a skipper. Year-round sailing school.
