The service is top notch and unequalled, the amenities are outstanding, the accommodations are great, and there are options for casual to fine dining. Some of the amenities include: two outstanding golf courses, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash and racquetball courts, a state of the art fitness center, four pools, and more.

Great Wolf Lodge Review – Grapevine – Great Wolf Lodge howled into Grapevine and opened it’s doors in 2007 and since then it has been receiving rave reviews. If you’re looking for someplace special to treat your kids because they’ve been on their best behavior or somewhere to take the kids for a special occasion like a birthday, then Great Wolf Lodge is a fantastic choice. Kids from two to sixteen are going to have a blast at Great Wolf Lodge.

Tanglewood Resort and Conference Center Review – Lake Texoma – Sitting on a bluff above beautiful Lake Texoma is a resort with excellent accommodations, lots of amenities, easy access to a fun lake, and a championship 18 hole golf course. Enjoy some very good cuisine, partake in a wide variety of recreational activities, and play a championship 18 hole golf course. Located about 80 miles north of Dallas or DFW airport makes Tanglewood an easy place to escape for a weekend or week long vacation.

The Cliffs Resort and Spa – Possum Kingdom Lake – if you like fantastic golf, spa services, rooms with a view one of the prettiest lakes in Texas, good food, and friendly Texas style hospitality, then you need to check out The Cliffs Resort & Spa. The golf course is a Texas Outside Favorite because it offers golfers a chance to test their skills and patience, has some of the most scenic and unique holes in Texas, and the best par 3’s around. And the amenities are excellent – a great spa, very good food, a variety of accommodations, a marina with boat rentals, tennis courts, pool, exercise room, and very reasonable rates – all on a beautiful lake!

Crown Colony Country Club Review – Lufkin – a semi-private country club Crown Colony has 13 Villas that are available for rent for a weekend or longer. The Villas were completely renovated in 2005with all new furniture, carpets, and more. They will sleep four and are perfect for a small family, golfing buddies or close friends who don’t mind sharing a bedroom. We found the Villas to be comfortable, very clean, nicely appointed, and well furnished.

JW Marriott Resort & Spa – San Antonio – wow, this is one impressive new resort which opened in 2010. Perched on a bluff in the rolling scenic hill country of north San Antonio, the building, grounds, and views are spectacular. The JW Marriott has very comfortable resort type rooms and suites, an unbelievable sports bar with a 120′ jumbo screen, an outstanding $15 million 6 acre water park, a spa, two fitness centers, and two very good restaurants. And as a resort guest you can play two of the best courses in Texas. And the JW Marriott is just minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Margaritaville Lake Resort on Lake Conroe – Montgomery – Texas finally got a Margaritaville Resort and it’s an outstanding addition to Texas. The Resort sits on the edge of Lake Conroe and has a laid back lake and island vibe. The Resort has six different dining and drinking options (including “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” swim-up pool bar), cool lake cottages and luxurious lake view suites, an 18 hole golf course, a great spa, outstanding service, and a variety of other amenities including boat rentals, a lazy river, water slides, four pools, 18 hole mini golf, tennis courts, a fitness center, and lots more. A must visit!
