River Road Treehouse
New Braunfels/Lower Guadalupe River Nestled under the trees near the lower Guadalupe River is some unique treehouse lodging that’s a perfect place to spend some time tubing, fishing, swimming, golfing, or exploring the local area. River Road Treehouses are attached to large hardwood trees and hanging out over a creek bed and under some enormous eighty-foot cypress trees with decades old wild mustang grapevines hanging from their limbs. There are five treehouses, four of which you have to cross a footbridge to get to, and each of treehouses is around 700 square feet and have a loft, deck, master bedroom, bath room, and a great room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and living area with comfy leather furniture. Each of the configurations differs a little but most have a king bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living area, and some combination of a queen, pull out, full, or rollaway in the loft. The deck is fantastic and some of the treehouses come with hammocks and a large very cool common area deck. Within a two minute walk you can be at River Park with access to the beautiful Guadalupe River. The River Road Treehouses have easy access to lots of fun things to see and do in the area. See the resource guide below for some ideas. |
