Cimarron Hills was named one of the “Best Courses in Texas” by Golf Digest and it’s a Jack Nicklaus signature course that rewards thoughtful and strategic play, rather than simple brute force. Jack describes these 18 holes as “the finest, purest experience of golf in all the Hill Country – perhaps in all of Texas.” The conditions are very good, the layout is excellent (fun, fair but challenging), and there are some beautiful holes as well as some stunning huge homes.

You’ll encounter tree lined fairways, blind shots, tight twisting fairways, forced carries, tough pin placement, creeks bisecting the fairways, risk reward opportunities, plenty of strategically placed bunkers, elevated tee shots, uphill as well as downhill shots, and challenging greens as well as what some would label as a tricky back nine.
