Brookhaven Country Club has 3 18 hole courses – Masters, Championship, and Presidents, all of which are private. The President's course is a short (5501 yards from the tips) course and the Masters has the highest rating and slope. We played the Masters course in December. The greens are huge, in very good condition and had minor undulation. The fairways are flat, lined by older middle priced homes, and in great condition. Overall, this is an ok course but we didn't find it to have much variety, nor was it that challenging. In 2006, Avid Golfer magazine voted Brookhaven Country Club: #1 Family Club in the Metroplex, #1 in Country Clubs under a $3,000 initiation deposit, and #4 Best Overall Value. The pictures were taken when we played the Masters in December, as such the fairways are dormant and the leaves had fallen from the trees. This would be a pretty course in the summer.
