Fairly open with no real trouble. Most of the holes are straight, very similar with no character. Easy family course. Big greens, easy to read with very minor slope. There are a few easy doglegs. We found 1 fun & challenging hole #8. In 1970 the course was a 9 hole then the City of McKinney spent 2 million redesigning.
