Review of Qrk – Victoria, Texas
QRV Victoria, formally known as Lazy Longhorn RV Park is a cozy small full hook-up RV park on the south side of Victoria and conveniently located to Highway 59 which leads east to Houston (125 miles) or toward Corpus Christi 95 miles to the south west.
The Park is a mixture of long pull-throughs and back-ins, all of which are full hook-up sites, plus a couple cabins. Trailer Life rated Lazy Longhorn RV Park a 10/10/8.5, Woodalls gave it 5 Ws, and it's in the top 1% of all of the Good Sam Parks in the United States. The Park is a long U shaped park with 31 pull-through sites in the middle of the U and 72 back-in sites along the perimeter of the Park.
The roads and sites are paved, trees provide shade to all of the sites, and you'll find some good amenities. The Park is family owned, a mixture of monthlies and traveling guests, well maintained, has a gated entry, is quiet, and the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.
Discounts are available for AAA, Good Sam, TACO, FMCA, and others.

We had scheduled a late afternoon tee time at Riverside Golf Course but had to cancel because we got in too late. And unfortunately, we didn't have much time the next day because we needed to head out early for Thanksgiving in Port Aransas.
We did get in a couple games of shuffleboard and had a delicious dinner at the Pump House, which was recommended by the Park owners. The Pump House has lots of interesting history, excellent food with some unique choices, good service, a beautiful deck overlooking the Guadalupe River, and great margaritas!
On a previous trip we played Colony Creek Golf Course - here is a link to review and rating of Colony Creek Golf Course.

Victoria is only 29 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and all that it has too offer (boating, fishing, sand and sun). There are lots of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment including the second oldest dance hall in Texas, Schroeder Hall
