Pace Bend RV Park is centrally located and an excellent place to stay if you want to be close to Lake Travis and not too far from Austin and in the heart of Spicewood.
The Park has 30 full hook-up sites that can handle small to large rigs. A large number of the sites are taken by monthly renters but there are usually several sites available for shorter stays or weekends.
The Park is clean and well maintained. The roads are gravel and dirt. Some of the sites are near Pace Bend Road and others scattered along the Park road that runs up a small hill.
We had a fantastic time when we stayed at Pace Bend RV Park and everything we did was within 15 minutes or less from our campsite. We golfed at Barton Creek's Lakeside Golf Course and Willie Nelson's Pedernales Golf Club, had a great brunch plus unique Bloody Mary's and live music within walking distance of the park, listened to Larry Joe Taylor and friends at Poodies, eat some good BBQ at the famous Opies, and took a refreshing dip on a hot day at Krause Springs.
