Review of Midtown RV Park in Ft Worth Texas
It appears that this RV Park has closed – the website link and phone number don't work!!!!
We have been staying at Ft Worth Midtown RV Park for years and we wanted to keep the limited number of sites all to ourselves because we love staying here when we need a weekend escape to Ft Worth. But, we decided to share this little secret with over 220,000 Texas Outside visitors a month!
Midtown RV Park is very small, with side by side sites, some shade trees, and very few amenities. What makes Midtown RV park outstanding is its location to downtown Ft Worth and lots of fun things to see and do within a few miles of the Park. Based on the way that we rate RV parks, Midtown does not score well, but don't let that discourage you from staying here if you want to explore the area.

Midtown RV Park is where we stay for some "urban camping" when we want to escape Dallas and explore Ft Worth or attend numerous specials events that are close to Midtown. Some of the events we like to attend are: the music events in Sundance Square; Mayfest on the Trinity River; events at Will Roger's Coliseum; or plays at Casa Manana.
Midtown is so close to everything, including downtown Ft Worth (less than a couple miles), that we park the RV and bike everywhere including some of the good local nightlife, the Ft Worth Zoo, restaurants in Sundance Square, or the Omni theater, just to mention a few. Within three blocks is the Trinity River Trail which is a great biking, roller blading, running, or walking trail - it is flat, paved, wide, and an easy and somewhat scenic ride along the Trinity River.
