Review and Rating of Brazos Valley RV Park in Caldwell Texas
Brazos Valley RV Park is a brand new park that opened in May 2015. The Park is centrally located between Austin, Houston, and San Antonio near the small quiet country town of Caldwell Texas on Highway 21, just 2 miles east of Highway 36. Texas A&M and Bryan/College Station and lots of additional activities are only 15-20 minutes away. Brazos Valley RV Park sits on 10 acres and the roads are all asphalt and wide enough for big rigs to easily maneuver into their site.
Unlike most RV Parks, their 65 sites each have a large yard and a new lighted pedestal toward the rear of each site for easy hook-ups for 30/50 AMP electric, water, and cable. Each site has large concrete level parking pads that are 45 feet long and 11 feet wide along with a 6 by 12 foot patio. On the pull through sites there is 20 feet of asphalt on the front and 15 feet on the back side, making the site 80 feet long – big enough for big rigs and their tow vehicle. The back-in sites have an additional 20 feet in the front of the site. A grassy area is between each site and some live oaks have been planted but they are still young and small and won’t provide much shade.
For all guests, the flat rate lease gives you access to all of the Park amenities and you’ll also receive FREE electricity, water, sewer, cable television, and Wi-Fi.
Discounts are available for a number of different memberships like Good Sam, Taco, Active Military, Escapees, and more.
When you stay at Brazos Valley RV Park you can enjoy a piece of country living. You won’t regret it!
