Cameron Park has 400 acres of lush vegetation along the Bosque and Brazos River and a number of fun things to do like 20 miles of trails for biking (beginner trails to challenging trails for the extreme mountain biker) or hiking; volleyball; horseshoes; disc golf; and picnic areas. There is also a paved trail along the river for walking and biking.

Visit some of the local tourist attractions like the Dr Pepper Museum, Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, or Texas Sports Hall of Fame and a must for the kids is the Discovery Center at the Mayborn Museum Complex – adults will like the Mayborn Museum
